Territory officers, registration officers, surveyors and inspectors, salespersons and delivery persons, on-site installation and repair technicians. Field-level employees’ workflows and transactions are carried out through our customized smartphone or tablet apps, which are synchronized through mobile internet to a web-based admin and reporting platform for use by managers known as Mission Control. Our real-time maps, dashboards and drill-down analysis, alerts about unexpected or non-compliant behaviour, target-setting and incentives, and data-validation and fraud minimization mechanisms, help managers to hugely increase the transparency and efficiency of their operations. We have two offices in Dhaka and Frankfurt with 26 employees consisting of software engineers, implementation consultants and project managers.
