I am a young health researcher and currently working as research investigator at the Centre for Equity and Health Systems of icddr,b. I have completed my MBBS from Community Based Medical College, Bangladesh in 2009 and Master of Public Health from James P Grant School of Public Health on January, 2013 with a CGPA of 3.77. I have been working in this field for last 1 year and 8 months. Within this time I have become familiar with different modalities of the health systems. I have been working in different projects in icddr,b which include developing interactive urban health facility atlas; community based health insurance program in rural Bangladesh, identifying influential stakeholders in IYCF policy development; digitization of medical records, exploring private sector activities. I have also been working on a review paper focusing on determinants of e and m-health innovations in Bangladesh. Recently I have completed a fellowship program on "Enhancing capacity to strengthen policy and interventions to reduce child under-nutrition" at the University of Sydney.
