Ahmadul had setup one of the first Contact Centre in Bangladesh, which was

subsequently, sold to a private investor. He went on to setup the largest contact centre

in Bangladesh called Virgo Contact Centre Services Ltd.

 He is the CFO of WorldBridge Global Inc., and Managing Director of WorldBridge BPO

He co-authored the Bangladesh Government Policy on the Contact Centre and BPO

industry with the support of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission

(BTRC), licensing started from 2008.

He is the founder and current President of Bangladesh Association of Contact Centre

and Outsourcing (BACCO), the industry body representing contact centre and business

process outsourcing (BPO). He is now working with government and private sector in

creating the country’s strategy to ensure that Bangladesh is the “NEXT” destination of

choice for Outsourcing and Off Shoring.

He is also, the Vice Chairman of the Bangladesh Industry Skills Council (ISC) for ICT,

under government of Bangladesh.

He owns and manages a brokerage in Bangladesh at Dhaka Stock Exchange

Prior to being a entrepreneur, he was the Global Head of IT for Trade Marketing and

Distribution for British American Tobacco Group (BAT), a US$ 24 billion company, based

at their HQ in the UK.

He successfully designed, developed and implemented CRM Application in over 24

countries, projects ranging from US$ 30 million to US$ 80 million.

He is the founder Director of Bangladesh Youth Enterprise Advice and Help Centre

(B’YEAH), a mentor program for entrepreneurs of Bangladesh affiliated with Youth

Business International (YBI).
