Ms. Rubaba Dowla is a highly experienced and accomplished leader with a successful track record of brand management, product innovations, service delivery, and corporate strategy. Has been instrumental in building Telenor subsidiary Grameephone as the number one brand and market leader with more than USD 1 billion in revenue from a startup stage. Have modernized and transformed service portfolio and introduced mcommerce at airtel Bangladesh. She also founded Pulse Healthcare service, a Digital healthcare platform providing access to more than 1000 Doctors/ Specialists through video consultation with online diagnosis and e-prescription capability. She is currently leading Oracle Bangladesh as their first Country Managing Director.

More than 23 years of work experience in the corporate sector. Nineteen years of experience in the telecommunications field in a CXO position. Some successful product innovations have also achieved World GSMA awards and acclamations. After completing her BBA, and, MBA, she also completed executive programs at Harvard Business Studies, London Business school, and Stockholm School of Economics. She has been instrumental and passionate about empowering women, a strong advocate for women’s rights and equality. Recognized as top 50 Women in Mobile content by World Telecom, recipient of Begum Rokeya award, Anaya top 10 women award, 5 most powerful women in mobile Asia, and recipient of South Asian business excellence award for “Outstanding women leadership”. She is the past president of the TiE Dhaka chapter (the largest entrepreneurs’ association in the world). She is the Board Director of Marie Stopes Bangladesh (women and children healthcare), Director of the Palliative Care Foundation, Director of Sporsho Braille foundation (for visually impaired children), Board Director of Jaago foundation (education for poor), Board Member of Special Olympics Bangladesh and Former President of Bangladesh Badminton Federation (2009-2015).
