Rashad Kabir is one of the leading young ICT Entrepreneurs of Bangladesh. He has contributed a lot to the progression and prosperity to the ICT development of Bangladesh, especially in the field of ICT based learning and teaching system. Rashad Kabir started his professional career only at the age of 18 by joining as the Director of BCMC Foundation Ltd which is the apex body for the operation of 02 Private Engineering & Polytechnic Institutes of Bangladesh.
At the age of 22, Rashad Kabir established his own IT Firm named Dream71 Bangladesh Ltd which has already turned into one of the promising tech startup companies of Bangladesh. He is the pioneer of the first educational game of Bangladesh. He and his company in collaboration with Access to Information (A2i) Project of the GOB have been developing games based on science books of Classes VI to VIII. Besides Dream71 has also developed many renowned software,mobile apps and games among which People Book HR, Cricket Bangladesh, Teen Trepreneur Fusion are noteworthy.
In June 2016, Rashad launched another tech start up named “Pocket Sales 71” which is a SaaS based complete sales management solution. Within the 6 months of launching, it has gained customers not only in Bangladesh, but also from Netherlands, India, Nigeria, Malaysia and Egypt. Besides within this time period it has also come into contract with different partner companies in West Africa, Korea, Ireland, Netherlands,Nigeria,Saudi Arab and United Kingdom for the promotion and selling the product.
