• Partner Country Celebration: Partner Country Celebration: BASIS wants to honor its partner countries at "SoftExpo 2023," which begins November 15 in Dhaka. BASIS would invite 5 countries to this session. Every evening at 8:00 PM, the partner countries' cultural and corporate principles will be celebrated, followed by dinner.
• Gaming Corner: BASIS SoftExpo will have a gaming corner and an enjoyable zone for everyone.
• Music Fest: Concerts will be held daily at the BASIS SoftExpo event.
• Launchpad: BASIS SoftExpo 2023 will offer a Launchpad for exhibitors. This Launchpad is for new tech products to make a splash and attract journalists, investors, and stakeholders.

2. Facilities

BASIS SoftExpo 2023 will have many interesting facilities. The amenities ensure a smooth operation for the planned activities. IT industry actors will benefit from special zones, transportation services, secretarial help, and a media area. SoftExpo 2023 has organized for-

• Business Lounge: A Business Zone will provide a calm atmosphere. VIPs and business leaders from different countries will be offered with drinks, desserts, snacks, and a smoking area. This zone offers a comfortable atmosphere for business and networking.
• Food Court: A central food court will be erected to serve national and international speakers, industry leaders, exhibitors, stakeholders, and other attendees during SoftExpo 2023.
• Display of Robots: The Robotics Zone, as part of a cutting-edge exhibition, presents a rare and specialized occasion that showcases the most recent advances in robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. It is the preeminent opportunity for technology enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, students, and scholars to convene, discover and educate themselves on the most innovative robotic devices and AI tools of our era. Students from three universities are expected to display their capabilities at the Robotics Zone, which offers an unparalleled opportunity to witness the future.
• Special Suttle Service: BASIS SoftExpo 2023 is in Purbachal, near Dhaka. Ridesharing services will give guests discount promo codes. International and domestic guests will attend. BASIS will make airline travel arrangements.
• SoftExpo Secretariat: BASIS Secretariat will be at SoftExpo to ensure smooth operations. Industry leaders, guests, visitors, and other stakeholders can get general secretariat support at an office.
• Media Corner: SoftExpo 2023's media zone will promote events, technology, and industry experts. Journalists from home and abroad will cover the entire event. The media zone will feature young start-ups and interview IT heavyweights and industry experts. The media zone will highlight exhibition events.
