Asim Tarafder is the Chief Executive Officer, T-Series Solutions and Founder, bdtradeinfo.com. A result-focused leader with a clear vision, Asim Tarafder has participated in different seminars in colleges and universities as a Speaker on Soft Skill Development, Career Development, Communication & Relation Development. He is an author of “HR Handbook”, for BASIS members (among 3 authors). He moderated and presented in a number of seminars and workshops on HR Development for the Entrepreneurs and HR Professionals.

Asim Tarafder spent three years in customer service-centric roles, which helped him to learn the importance of communication, collaboration and teamwork for the business while working in White House Hotel as the Assistant Manager just after graduation. In 1997, he joined the HR Team of Sheltech (a leading Real Estate Firm) and utilized his knowledge and experience to help shape the company’s core employee programs. At the same time, he also played the role of Incharge, IT Division efficiently. He Incepted T-Series Solutions, a pioneering Web & Software Development Firm of Bangladesh in 2000. He founded bdtradeinfo.com - the largest business portal of Bangladesh in 2003.

Asim Tarafder completed his MBA with a major in Marketing from International Islamic University Chittagong in 2000. During 1997-2000 he completed several short and long courses on Computer operations, Networking, Graphics, Website development, Programming etc. In 2000 he obtained two international certifications like- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW).

As a social being Asim Tarafder always prefers to serve for the community, country and humankind. As a Member of Rotary International, he served Rotary Club of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar as President (2017-18) and RID 3281 as Assistant Governor (2020-21), Deputy Governor (2021-22). Asim Tarafder is also known as a Reciter, Writer, Poet, Lyricist and involved with some other social and cultural organizations.
