Electronic governance, also known as E-governance, is the use and application of information and communication technology (ICT) in public administration to conduct processes to effectively manage data and information in order to improve public service delivery for citizen empowerment. The government has used it for a wide range of purposes, including providing the country's citizens with information and e-services, or services delivered electronically. The E-Government Master Plan for Digital Bangladesh is intended to provide medium- to long-term strategies and implementation agendas for improving public services. E-governance can provide benefits in the form of new employment, better health, better education, knowledge sharing, skill development, and capacity building for sustainable development. In a nutshell, the use of e-governance can make public administration fast and effective, provide better services, and respond to the demands of transparency and accountability. It can stimulate economic growth and promote the social inclusion of disabled and vulnerable sections of society. Quick and fast e-services eliminate middlemen and save both time and money. Altogether, it will be highlighted at the seminar conference that Bangladesh is emphasizing using and increasing ICT to accomplish its future vision; hence, carrying out e-government in a more efficient and consistent manner will assist Bangladesh in achieving its national vision.
